How to book a Cigna approved osteopathy session?

Firstly call your Cigna insurance and tell them you need osteopathy sessions with our clinic by providing them:

Our company name: Back On The Move Osteopathy
Our provider number: 223390

You will need to ask them for the information below:

Your Cigna membership number
Your Cigna claim number
The number of sessions authorised
The excess in your policy

Important Note:

First and foremost, inquire about the number of sessions you are authorised for. By knowing this, we can keep track of your treatment progress accurately. In case you find yourself nearing the authorised session limit but still require further treatment, don't worry! You have the option to ask Cigna for additional sessions, ensuring you receive the necessary care throughout your recovery journey.

What happens next? You pay your Osteopath! Cigna reimbursed you!

After paying for your session, you will receive from us an invoice by email from us that will include:

The type of session you had
Your Cigna claim number
Your Cigna membership number
The cost of the session
Our Cigna Providers number

You will simply need to send this invoice to ukmedicalclaims@cigna.com in order to get fully reimbursed.

WPA

We are recognised by WPA insurance.

Book a WPA approved osteopathy treatment & rehabilitation at our Carshalton Clinic.

How to book a WPA approved osteopathy session?

Firstly call your WPA insurance and set up a claim. You will need provide them with the following information:

Describe your symptoms
Tell them our company name: Back On The Move Osteopathy
Our provider number: 921254435

You will need to ask them for the information below:

Your WPA membership number
Your WPA authorisation reference

What happens next? WPA pays your Osteopath directly

Once WPA has confirmed your authorisation number, we bill them directly

Note: WPA will cover Shockwave and Laser Therapy

Vitality

We are recognised by Vitality insurance.

How to book a Vitality approved Osteopathy session?

Firstly contact Vitality for your pre-authorisation numb, you will need to ask them for the information below:

Your Vitality membership number
Your Vitality authorisation reference
Expiry date of the policy
How many sessions covered

What happens next? Vitality pays your Osteopath directly

Note - Excess to pay

There is an excess to pay or if you have opted for cost shares. If you have an excess, an agreed percentage of the cost of your first appointments will be sent back to us, and these funds are to be paid to us by you, the patient. If you have opted for a cost share option, an agreed percentage of every appointment will be sent back to us and these funds are to be paid to us by you, the patient.
